ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 cans artichokes
1 can water chestnuts
1 pkg. dry Italian seasoning
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

Wash and press water out of the artichokes. Rinse chestnuts and cut into strips. Add seasoning, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. Mix well, and put into baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, Hawaiian bread or crackers.
