CHRISTINE'S QUICK PORK CHOP BAKE 
Pork chops, cut at least 1 1/2" thick
Mustard
Flour
Sliced onion
Sliced potato
Sliced carrots
Dill seed
Oleo

Spread mustard over pork chops. Dip them in flour and fry them until brown. Cut squares of aluminum foil. Place 1 chop on each piece of foil. Top chops with slice of onion, slice of potato and sliced carrots. Sprinkle with dill seed and a little butter. Wrap tightly. Bake at 400 degrees for an hour or so.
