SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped frozen spinach
2 c. herb Pepperidge Farm stuffing
6 eggs
3/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper to taste
Parsley (optional)

Cook and drain spinach well. Beat eggs well. Mix all ingredients together; shape into balls and bake until done at 350 degrees.
