SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen spinach
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
6 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. black pepper

Cook spinach as directed; drain and squeeze dry. Mix all ingredients and shape into balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Can be made and frozen, then cooked later. Makes about 40.
