SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach frozen
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing

Cook spinach and onion in butter. Drain well. Mix all ingredients. Form into balls. Bake on greased baking sheet, 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot. These can be made ahead and frozen.
