SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing 3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks) 2 onions, minced 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese 6 eggs 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. parsley flakes Cook and drain spinach, beat eggs. Combine all ingredients. Roll into balls size of walnuts. Refrigerate before forming into balls (can be frozen also). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets. |
