SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked yellow squash
1 med. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 egg, beaten
1/2 stick butter
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix or buttered bread crumbs

Put layer of squash and onions and eggs cooked. Spread 1/2 can cream chicken soup on top. Add more squash and cream of chicken soup. Top with dressing mix or crumbs and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Salt to taste.
