GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1/4 c. creme de menthe
2 tbsp. white creme de cocao
1 egg white, at room temperature
2 tbsp. sugar

CRUST:

1 1/4 c. chocolate cookie wafer crumb
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter

CRUST: Mix cookie crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar and butter. Press into 9-inch pie plate. Chill.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream, stir until smooth, melted. Blend in creme de menthe and white creme de cocao. Beat 1 egg white until frothy, gradually add 2 tablespoons sugar, continue to beat until stiff. Beat into gelatin mixture until blended. Chill until mixture is of mounding consistency. Pile into prepared crust. Chill until firm. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Keep cold.
