EASY GRASSHOPPER PIE 
2 c. crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
2 c. Cool Whip

Pie crust: Combine crushed cookies and melted butter then press into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Refrigerate.

Microwave recipe: Microwave marshmallows and creme de menthe in large microwave safe bowl on high 1-2 minutes or until smooth when stirred, stirring every minute. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until slightly thickened then fold in whip cream and spoon into pie crust. Freeze until firm. Garnish with a couple teaspoons of crushed cookie mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
