GRASSHOPPER BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/3 c. butter
4 eggs
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Mix, spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 40 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

1/4 c. butter
3 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. mint extract
Green food coloring

Mix and spread on base. Chill until firm.

TOPPING:

Melt in double boiler, over hot water: 4 tbsp. butter

Spread on filling. Cool and cut.
