CLASSIC GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
25 lg. marshmallows
2/3 c. cream
3-4 tbsp. green creme de menthe
3-4 tbsp. white creme de cacao
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Reserve 2 tablespoons crumbs. Mix remaining crumbs and butter. Press evenly on bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Chill in refrigerator while preparing filling.

Combine marshmallows and cream. Heat until marshmallows have melted. Cool. Fold in liqueurs and whipped cream. Pour into chilled crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Freeze in freezer compartment of refrigerator until firm.
