EASY CHICKEN ITALIANO 
8 pieces chicken parts (ie breast, legs, thighs)
1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
3 onions, cut up in quarters
12 potatoes, cut in quarters
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Salt
Pepper
Parsley flakes

Peel potatoes, cut in quarters and place in greased with Pam baking dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley flakes over potatoes. Place chicken parts on top of potatoes. Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley flakes over chicken. Cut up onions and place between chicken parts. Pour tomatoes over chicken and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and place mushrooms in with chicken/potato mixture. Bake, uncovered 20 minutes. Cook peas in separate pan. Place over chicken/potato mixture and bake for 5 more minutes until chicken is browned. Serve with tossed salad and Italian bread. Serves 4 hungry people! Excellent for large crowds. Just double or triple recipe ingredients.
