RUBY SLIPPER CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix, with pudding in the mix
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt (1/2 pt.)
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1 sm. box raspberry Jello
Powdered sugar; optional

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a tube pan. Beat the mix, sour cream, water and eggs together for 2 minutes. Spoon batter into pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 the box of Jello. Repeat layers, ending with batter. Bake 45-50 minutes. Cool cake on a rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
