TABOULI 
1/2 c. bulgur wheat
3/4 c. water
1 lg. bunch parsley, chopped fine
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. lemon juice
Salt
Pepper

Soak bulgur wheat in the 3/4 cup water. Combine parsley, onion and tomatoes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add soaked wheat and stir again.
