NO CHOLESTEROL APPLE CAKE 
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. oil
3 egg whites
2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. oat bran
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
3 c. shredded apple (3 sm.)

Combine sugars, oil and egg whites. Beat until well blended. Add flours, oat bran, soda, cinnamon and allspice. Stir until moistened. Add shredded apple and stir well. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. Drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze if desired.
