STEAK ROLL 
3 lb. round steak, pounded thin (can overlap 2 steaks)
Salt, pepper, paprika--rub into meat.

On top of steak, layer with:

4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
Thinly sliced onions
Fine bread crumbs

Then mix:

1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. boiling water
1 egg, beaten

Dribble over crumbs; arrange stuffed olives in a row on long side; roll meat around olives; tie roll, then flour. Brown in butter in roaster; place some mushrooms and onions in roaster; sprinkle all with salt, pepper and paprika. Add 1 cup Burgundy wine; roast 350 degrees about 2 hours. Serve hot or cold.
