SAUSAGE-CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 6 eggs, well beaten 2 c. milk 2-4 slices bread, cubed Spread bread over bottom of refrigerator-ovenproof dish. Spread sausage, then cheese over bread. Beat milk and dry ingredients into eggs. Pour over ingredients in casserole dish. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (325 degrees for glass dish). Serves 4-6. |
