CHEESE AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild Bob Evans sausage
1 c. mushroom soup or celery soup
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. bread cubes
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. cheese spread or shredded cheese

Brown sausage, drain. Add vegetables and continue cooking five minutes. Drain and set aside to cool a few minutes. Stir in bread cubes and cheese. Beat milk and eggs together and add to mixture. Place in greased baking dish. Bake 1 hour. Garnish with carrots and potatoes.
