CHEESE AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage 3/4 c. sliced mushrooms 1/4 c. sliced green onions 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 4 c. diced bread (3/4") 1 c. milk 4 eggs, beaten Brown sausage and drain. Add vegetables. Cook 5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Stir together sausage mixture with cheese and bread. Place in greased 8 inch square baking dish. Beat milk and eggs; pour over mixture. Refrigerate for several hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown. |
