SAUSAGE & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. Italian seasonings
1 1/2 c. raw rice
3 c. water
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped

Brown sausage, onions and peppers. Add seasonings, rice and water. Cook until rice is done and add cheese.
