1 1/2 lb. sausage 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice 1 (8 oz.) block of Cheddar cheese shredded Brown sausage and drain fat. Prepare rice according to directions. In a large casserole dish combine sausage, mushroom soup, rice and 1/2 of shredded cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
