SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
4 c. Rice Krispies
2 lbs. sausage meat, browned and drained
1 med. onion, chopped and lightly browned
1 stick Cracker Barrel cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
4 beaten eggs
2 cans cream of celery soup

In large casserole, layer Rice Krispies, sausage meat, onions, rice and cheese. Pour over all a mixture of beaten eggs and celery soup. Sprinkle Rice Krispies over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit and sweet rolls. (You can make this casserole in advance and freeze it. Defrost before baking.) Serves 4 to 6.
