CURRY RICE SALAD 
2 pkgs. chicken flavored rice
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
12 green or black olives (opt.)
4 green onions
1/4 green bell pepper
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Make rice per instructions. Dice green pepper, onions and olives. Add to cold rice, drain artichoke hearts into separate bowl, add mayonnaise and curry. Combine dressing and artichoke hearts to the rice mix and chill. Pimiento stuffed green olives add a nice touch.
