CURRY VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 c. rice
1/2 c. peas
1/4 c. French dressing
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cauliflowerettes
1/2 c. radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 c. celery, diced

Cook rice and peas. toss together with French dressing; refrigerate. Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt, curry powder, dry mustard, pepper and cauliflower. Refrigerate. Just before serving, combine rice mixture and curry mixture with radishes and celery. Serve on lettuce. Makes 8 servings.
