RICE SIDEDISH 
2 cans beef consomme or 1 can onion soup & 1 can beef consomme
1 sm. can mushrooms & juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 stick butter, melted
4 tsp. onion
1 c. raw rice (NOT Minute Rice)

Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 13 inch covered pan.
