FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD MOLD 
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. black raspberry gelatin
1 env. unflavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. fresh cranberries
2 thin-skinned oranges, quartered, seeded, but UNpeeled
2 apples, quartered, cored but UNpeeled
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, UNdrained
2 c. sugar

Dissolve both gelatins in boiling water. Add cold water and slightly congeal in the refrigerator.

Add the next five ingredients to a food processor 2 cups at a time. Process with a steel blade with a pulse (on-off) motion until coarsely chopped.

Put mixture in a bowl with sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Add mixture to gelatin.

Pour into a 10 cup ring mold that has been greased with mayonnaise. Refrigerate until set.

Unmold on a bed of dark, green, leafy lettuce with a small bowl of homemade mayonnaise in the center.

A tradition for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
