MOLDED CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) size orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) size lemon Jello
1 1/4 oz. pkg. plain gelatin
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
2 oranges, quartered and seeded
2 med. sweet red apples, quartered, cored and seeded
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
Sugar to taste, about 2 c.

Dissolve orange and lemon Jello, plain gelatin and salt in 2 cups boiling water. Stir well and set aside to cool.

Meanwhile, wash cranberries and drain well. Grind oranges, apples and cranberries in food mill or food processor with fine blade.

In a large bowl combine the ground fruit mixture with the chopped nuts and juice produced by grinding the fruits and enough sugar to sweeten. Pour the Jello over the fruit mixture and stir well. Pour into an 8 cup mold and refrigerate until firm. Delicious served with turkey or ham.
