SEASONED MEDLEY OF VEGETABLES 
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed & cut into 1 1/2" pieces
1 med. sized onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. mushrooms, thickly cut
1/4 tsp. leaf tarragon, crumbled
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
2 ripe tomatoes, cut into 8 wedges each

Combine green beans, onion, salt, tarragon, pepper and chicken broth in medium size saucepan. Pour in water to just cover beans. Bring to boiling; lower heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Add tomatoes and mushrooms; simmer 7 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Drain and serve. Serves 4.
