SEASONED VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 lg. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 med. size onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. leaf tarragon, crumbled
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
2 ripe tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1/2 lb. mushrooms thickly sliced

Combine green beans, onion, salt, tarragon, pepper and chicken broth in medium- size saucepan. Pour in water to just cover beans.

Bring to boiling; lower heat. Cover and simmer 3 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Add tomatoes and mushrooms; simmer 7 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Drain; serve. Makes 4 servings.
