3 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Make 3 holes. Place 2 tablespoons vanilla in one hole. 2 tablespoons vinegar in second. 3/4 cup melted butter in other. Pour 2 cups cold water over all and mix until smooth.
