1 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. warm water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Add butter, vanilla, vinegar and water. Mix and pour into ungreased pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
