3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar

Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. NOTE: This recipe does not use eggs and the pan does not need to be greased.
