CRANBERRY CRUNCH 
1 c. uncooked rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. grated cranberries
1 orange rind, grated in blender
3/4 c. sugar

Mix oats, flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Place half this mixture in an 8 x 8-inch pan. Cover with cranberry mixture (grated cranberries, orange and sugar). Top with balance of crumb mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
