CRANBERRY CRUNCH 
Great served with a dollop of ice cream or whipped cream.

1 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

Mix first 4 ingredients together. It will be crumbly. Spread half of mixture into pan. Cover with cranberry sauce and top with rest of dry mixture. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Serves 8.
