HAM LOAF | |
1 1/2 lbs. ham loaf mix (1 lb. ground ham, 1/2 lb. ground pork) 1 egg 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk to moisten SAUCE: 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water Mix ham loaf mix, egg, bread crumbs and add milk to desired moisture. Form into loaf. Baste throughout cooking with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
