SWEET POTATO COBBLER 
Cut 6 or 7 medium size sweet potatoes into small strips. Cover with water and cook until tender. Drain potatoes and pour into crust. Cover potatoes with 2 cups of sugar, 1/4 pound butter and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon or nutmeg. Cover with crust and cook in oven at high temperature until crust is golden brown.
