PICKLED OKRA 
3 lbs. okra
3 lbs. carrots
3 lbs. cauliflower
3 lbs. onions
3 lbs. mushrooms
1/4 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 clove garlic
1 hot pepper
1 qt. water
1 pt. cider vinegar
1/2 c. salt

Pack scrubbed vegetables in jars. Add seed and garlic and pepper. Heat liquids to boiling. Pour into jars. Cap. Put jars in pan of water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
