GRAPE NUT CUSTARD 
1 qt. milk (4 c.)
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Grape Nuts

Place milk in baking dish. Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, vanilla, salt and pour into milk. Blend. Sprinkle Grape Nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes, until knife in center is clean.
