STEAK STEW | |
1/2 bell pepper, chopped 1 yellow onion, chopped 1 tbsp. butter Leftover grilled steak (or any leftover meat), cut into cubes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 pkg. noodles, cooked as directed on pkg. Saute pepper and onions in butter. Add meat and heat thoroughly. Add soup and heat thoroughly. Add sour cream; stir well. Serve over hot, cooked noodles. Serve with a salad and French bread and supper is ready! Good and easy! Takes only 15 minutes to prepare. |
