PANG EN YUN (DUTCH PORK STEAK
STEW)
 
1 1/2 lb. pork steak in serving size pieces
Salt & pepper, to season
5 to 6 carrots, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
4 to 5 med. potatoes, quartered

Brown pork steak in Dutch oven or large skillet. Add water to cover and simmer until partially done. Add carrots, onion and potatoes. Add more water if needed, not too much and cook until done, seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
