CROCK POT LASAGNA 
10 oz. lasagna noodles (break in pieces)
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
12 oz. cottage cheese
12 oz. tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Brown ground beef and drain. Mix all ingredients well and put into greased crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 3 hours.

You may add more seasonings to suit your own taste such as oregano or Italian seasonings.
