FAST CHEESE CAKE 
2 graham pie crusts
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 c. light cream (1/2 pt.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar. Add softened cream cheese and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Beat eggs slightly then add to the mixture. Add light cream and blend all well. Pour into pie crusts and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
