1 chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chocolate chip morsels
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix

Mix all ingredients in 9 x 13 inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
