EGG RICE 
5 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. fresh chopped hot pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (we use American)
8 slices bacon

Fry the bacon until crisp and then crumble into small pieces. Mix all of the ingredients; stir into hot bacon drippings; stir and cook until the consistency of soft scrambled eggs. This is a main dish. Makes 8 servings.
