BAKED CHICKEN SUPREME 
8 to 10 pieces chicken (breast and thighs)
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. half & half

Season and flour chicken; place in casserole or small roaster. Add mushrooms. Stir together the soup, wine and cream. Pour over chicken and mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
