MISSISSIPPI FUDGE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. cocoa
4 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt 2 sticks butter. Add next 5 ingredients, beat well and stir in nuts. Spread in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Make chocolate frosting by combining in a saucepan the 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 cup milk. When butter has melted, beat in the powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla.

After cake is done, place marshmallows on top and return to oven just long enough to lightly toast. While cake is still warm, drizzle chocolate frosting over marshmallows.
