HOMEMADE EGG NOODLES 
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
Salt
About 3 c. flour

Beat the egg real good. Pour in the water and beat good. Add salt and flour, enough flour to get the dough so you can roll it out into thin strips. Then boil them in chicken or beef broth until done (they will float to the top of the broth). You also can freeze them by putting on wax paper until frozen, then put in a bag and use later.
