1 c. flour 1 lg. egg 1 tbsp. milk Pinch of salt With fork beat egg, milk, and salt. Add flour and blend with fingers to make a soft ball. Roll thin on floured board. Put a coating of flour on top of thin circle of dough. Set aside. Make several circles of dough each placed on top of the other. Starting from one side, roll into one long roll. Cut from one end as thin or as thick as you desire. Drop into boiling broth. Broth can be from cooked beef or chicken. |
