HOMEMADE NOODLES 
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cold water
2 c. flour

Beat eggs until very light, add water, salt and flour and mix well. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out each as thin as possible, lay on flat surface between 2 towels until dough is partly dry. Roll up and cut. Dry thoroughly.
