Can place on cookie sheet in hot 375 degree oven and bake for an hour. One meal in one piece of aluminum foil. These can also be grilled for an hour on grill (at home or campsite). Top each patty with tomato slice, corn, green beans, diced onion, diced potatoes, salt, pepper and butter. Cover tightly with heavy duty aluminum foil and refrigerate. When ready, cook over grill 3 to 4 inches from hot coals for 30 to 45 minutes. Stir 1 cup biscuit mix with 1/3 cup milk. Drop dough by spoonfuls into each can. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover with foil and cook 10 minutes longer. Pour onto plates to serve but be careful and handle tins with heavy oven mitts to keep from being burned. (Tins can be baked in oven also, as above.) |
